Homemade wake-up coffee scrub

Which essential oils are you favorite? Have you mixed new smells together lately?

Kitchen products are a great way to experiment, save money and use natural products. This is the recipe for a simple scrub that exfoliates the skin, increases circulation and smells like the morning! Scrub generously all over the whole body. Leave on for a minute, then rinse off in the shower. Get ready for a bit of a mess in the shower but it’s worth it.

  • 3/4 cup ground coffee (fresh, not used grounds)
  • 4 tbsp raw coconut oil (or sweet almond oil)
  • 1 tbsp of Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 tbps brown sugar.
  • 5-8 drops Orange essential oil
  • A few drops of Vitamin E oil, if you have it.

Keep any extras in an air tight jar in your shower for round two.
